Six places to look becomes one

Most firms are not disorganised — their information is just scattered across things that were never meant to talk to each other.

One matter. One screen. Everyone sees the same thing.

Everything a matter needs, on the matter

Open a file and the whole picture is there — who is working on it, what is due, what was filed, what it has earned.

Matters and clients

Every matter numbered and classified your way — CIV-2026-0001 — with the team, the court, the suit number and the opposing parties on record.

Court diary with reminders

Hearings and deadlines with email reminders two days, one day and an hour before. Record an adjournment and the next date is added for you.

Documents that keep their history

Upload a new version and the old one is never overwritten. Every download is logged with who took it and when.

Time recorded the easy way

Type 1h 30m, 1.5, 90m or 1:30 — it understands all of them. Submit for approval, and approved time is what gets billed.

Invoices from approved time

Tick what to bill, choose how to group it, add expenses. VAT and totals calculated, PDF on your letterhead.

Conflict checks that forgive spelling

"Northstar Energy" finds "North Star Energy Ltd" across your clients, opposing parties and matter titles. Partners record the decision.

Works on the phone in your pocket

JurisFlow installs to your home screen like an app — no app store, no download. Check a hearing, look up a suit number or record the hour you just spent, from wherever you are.

  • Add it to your home screen in two taps
  • Opens instantly, even on a poor connection
  • Tells you plainly when you are offline, instead of failing quietly

Getting your firm running

Ten steps, start to finish. Most firms work through them in an afternoon.

  1. 1

    Create your firm account

Register, confirm your email with the code we send, and you are in.

  2. 2

    Fill in your firm details

Name, address, TIN and RC number — these appear on your invoices.

  3. 3

Set up your roles and classifications

Adjust who can do what, and how you classify matters and court events.

  4. 4

    Invite your people

Each person gets an email, sets their own password and joins.

  5. 5

Add clients and run a conflict check

Search every past client and opposing party before taking new work.

  6. 6

    Open the matter

It gets a number automatically, like CIV-2026-0001.

  7. 7

Work the matter day to day

Documents, tasks and court dates all live on the matter.

  8. 8

    Record time as you work

    Type it however you like — 1h 30m, 1.5, 90m or 1:30.

  9. 9

    Invoice the approved time

Tick what to bill and JurisFlow builds the invoice.

  10. 10

Record the money when it arrives

Attach the transfer receipt and balances update themselves.

What happens if you stop paying

Your files stay yours. If a subscription lapses there is a grace period with full access, and after that the account becomes read-only — everyone can still sign in, open matters, read documents and check court dates. What pauses is adding new entries. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away, because a missed payment should never put a client's case at risk.

Start with one real matter

Open a file you are actually working on, put its next hearing in the diary and record a few hours against it. Twenty minutes will tell you more than any demo.
